Sargent’s Guaranteed On-Time Arrival Policy

For scheduled service calls under our “On-Time, Every Time” service policy, Sargent guarantees to arrive at your home within 30 minutes before or after your scheduled appointment or the initial service charge portion of your call is FREE!  No one else in the industry makes this kind of guarantee!

For example, an appointment scheduled at 9 AM means that we will arrive between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM GUARANTEED!  Or your initial service charge is FREE! – PERIOD! 

We do require that you allow us to make the repairs that we were called to do, and you will be charged our normal rates for that service.  We must also make exceptions in our guarantee for “Acts of God” (for example, floods, tornadoes, earthquakes, lightning, hurricanes, road closures etc.) that prevent our electrician from keeping your scheduled service call.
